Every Mind Matters

With years of practice in the field of mental health, and countless psychotherapy and counselling sessions, we have been trying to help people with mental health issues. We've come to realize that our efforts as clinicians in the therapy room are not enough and that, societal factors play a significant role in mental health, often unconsciously influencing individuals. We feel that our therapeutic approach is incomplete without taking these societal dynamics into account. Throughout our practice, we have gathered valuable insights that we want to share with the world. When we recognized this significant gap in the mental health literacy within our communities, the idea of ‘Every Mind Matters’ was born.  
 
We are a duo of psychotherapists passionate about raising awareness of mental health issues by creating a safe space for open conversations about mental well-being. The idea is to build a supportive community where everyone feels heard, safe and understood. Keeping this in mind, we aim to address key stressors that affect individuals across various sectors—be it schools, colleges, corporates, NGOs, or other areas where people gather. Fostering a compassionate environment, we aim to destigmatize mental health, equip people with healthy coping tools and provide pragmatic approach that cater to the diverse needs of society at large.
 
Stress, in its various forms, is undeniably a part of everyone's life and by targeting all sections of society, we can foster a culture of understanding and support for mental well-being. Our commitment is to elevate mental health literacy, empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to thrive.
